Level 1-21 Take Your Bronze or Iron axe near Dryanor Manor where there are tons of Dead trees in which you can cut. If you are planning to keep the logs go closer to Dryanor neer Witch Aggies House where their is a Good Amount Also.
Level 22-41 Buy a Mith Axe and go Near Varrock on the Path to Barbarian Village, accross the street from Juliets house is a forest where their are many trees and oaks chop these until you get 31 wcing and go buy an addy axe and come back here and chop Oaks.
Level 42-61 Buy a rune axe and go chop Willows in Dryanor Village very simple and this is where you start making some cash.

Level 62-80 Buy a Dragon Axe if you can Afford one and chop yews in Camelot, Bye Lummy Swamp, Or Edgeville. My advice would be to chop yews in Cammy or Edgey sense their is a Bank nearby.
Level 81-99 Good Job You Made It MAGIC TREES BABY! Go chop these trees behind the Duel Arena where there are 2magic trees and hardley any goes their or also Tree Gnome Stronghold. Now your living the Rich Life.
Crafting

Level 1-28 Buy 1k-2k cowhides and tan about 1000 of them and craft,
Gloves level 1-7
Boots level 7-9
Cowls level 9-11
Vambraces level 11-14
Leather Bodys level 14-18
Chaps level 18-28
Level 28-44 Cut gems for ppl free in Varrock Banks, Fally Big Bank, and Al-Karid. Tan your other 1000 cowhides into Hard Leather and start making
Hard Leather Bodys Level 28-41
Now you can start making Studded Bodys Simply Make Hard Leather Bodys and put Studs on them, Made by Steel Bar From Level 41-44
Studded Chaps are the same way make them from 44-57 which will be the most boring part. (you may make SnakeSkin during this time but its not worth it hence each peice takes a lot of snakeskin)
Level 57-66 You've made it to Green Dragon just buy Green Dragonhide or kill the dragons yourself.
Level 57-60 G'Dhide Vambraces
Level 60-63 G'Dhide Chaps
Level 63-66 G'Dhide Bodys
Level 66-73 You've now made it to Blue Dragon! Just buy Blue Dragonhide Now or kill your own Blue Dragons, good place Taverly Dungeon
Level 66-68 Blue D'Hide Vambraces
Level 68-71 Blue D'Hide Chaps
Level 71-73 Blue D'hide Bodys
Level 73-79 You've now made it to Red Dragon! Just buy Red Dragonhide Now or kill your own Red Dragons
