If you’ve been looking for runescape 2 auto bots I’m glad you came here first.

Now that we understand more about the popularity of Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games, and especially the popularity of Runescape, it is obvious why so many people are interested in hacking Runescape accounts. However, what is the final intention of creating hacking programs for Runescape?

Hackers are strange persons. Their motives can be varied, depending on their alignment. There are white hackers (people who hack computers for ethical reasons, e.g. help corporations with their security systems), black hackers (individuals who hack computers in order to obtain a benefit for themselves), and grey hackers (persons who walk a mid-line between white and black hackers, depending on their mood, or their need for money).

So, they can do it for obtaining a personal benefit. For example, they may detect a Runescape character that has a high level and a lot of valuable items. They may hack it in order to steal them their belongings and use them for their own character. Of course, there is no court to appeal to. There isn’t a legal frame that protects people from these kinds of acts. Yet.

How Are Runescape Accounts Hacked?

Hacking on Runescape can come from different sources. One of them is by the use of determined programs, for example, a Runescape file that has been tampered and hanged up in a download site. All the victims who download it can be the subjects of intrusion by a hacker.

Spyware is another mean to hack your Runescape account. A specially designed program could be installed, without your knowledge, in your computer. This program will store in a file all the keys that you digit while using your PC. After determined amount of data has been collected, the program will send the info back to its creator. Simple but devious.

How Can I Prevent Runescape Hacking?

Runescape hacking programs and Runescape hacking tools are easy to access. The question is how can you protect yourself? The first measure is to have your web browser, and your computer software, up to date. Security weaknesses can be exploited from almost any piece of software loaded by your computer.

Another important measure is to be careful from where do you download the game. Use only official sites. Avoid strange mirror sites or downloads from peer-to-peer file sharing programs like Kazaa, EMule or even BitTorrent. You may not know if the program was tampered or not.

Unfortunately, hacking Runescape accounts isn’t very difficult. All you need is some computer skills and a web browser in order to find the instructions for doing so. Or you can use one of the many hacking programs for Runescape that are available for free. So, be alert and beware of the numerous hackers that are lurking the web.

If you give your Runescape password out you are asking to have your items and account stolen. Next don’t download any supposed Runescape hacks, more often than not they are just Trojans and key loggers that are used to hack your Runescape account.

The only way to get ahead in Runescape is to spend time playing and developing your skills and character, there are no shortcuts so if you are looking for information on how to hack Runescape accounts you really need to think is the time invested in looking for Runescape hacks that don’t exist worth the time that could be spent on improving your character. I think you will find that your time will be much better spent just having fun playing rather than attempting to get your character back off some hacker that hacked your account in your attempt to find a shortcut to unlimited Runescape gold.

The Basics

Certain weapons will have the option to use its Special Attack from within the combat interface menu. To get to this menu, just click on the crossed swords icon, next to the stats bar icon. This is where you'll see your fighting style, along with the Special Attack bar at the bottom of the menu.

Using a Special Attack

When you click on the Special Attack bar, your character will use the weapon's attack, as long as you have enough energy for the attack. You'll notice that before you use an attack, the bar will be completely filled up. After using an attack, some (or all) of the energy will be used up, depending on the weapon. As long as you have enough energy for the Special Attack, your character will use it.

Energy will refill slowly, so it may take awhile before being able to use a special attack again. Some weapons will use up more energy than others, so you may be able to use an attack several times before you'll have to wait.

Dragon Weapons

Dragon Dagger

Name: Puncture

Special Attack Energy: 25%

Two very fast blows are dealt using the dagger, and your damage and accuracy are moderately increased.

Dragon Mace

Name: Shatter

Special Attack Energy: 25%

This is a very powerful attack using the Dragon Mace, however your speed and accuracy will be greatly reduced.

Dragon Battleaxe

Name: Rampage

Special Attack Energy:100%

This special is another very powerful attack. Your Strength will be greatly increased, while all other combat stats including Defense, Attack, Magic and Ranged are decreased.

Dragon Spear

Name: Shove

Special Attack Energy: 25%

This attack forces your opponent back and stuns them, although no damage is done.

Dragon Scimitar

Name: Sever

Special Attack Energy: 60%

This is a more accurate attack, and it will stop your opponent from using any protection Prayers for 5 seconds if it's successful.

Dragon Halberd

Name: Sweep

Special Attack Energy: 33%

An incredibly powerful slashing attack. On large-sized monsters, you can hit twice for added damage.

Dragon Sword

Name: Cleave

Special Attack Energy: 25%

This is just an extra-powerful and quick attack on your opponent.

Dragon Axe (Hatchet)

Name: Clobber

Special Attack Energy: 100%

This attack will lower your enemy's magic and defense stats when you hit them.

Dragon 2-Handed Sword

Name: Powerstab

Special Attack Energy: 60%

This attacks creates an area of energy that causes up to 14 damage to any nearby enemies.

Ranged Weapons

Magic Longbow

Name: Powershot

Special Attack Energy: 35%

A very large accuracy increase bonus is given when you use this special.

Magic Shortbow

Name: Snap Shot

Special Attack Energy: 55%

Two speedy shots will be fired at your opponent, but your accuracy will be decreased.

Magic Composite Bow

Name: Super Power Shot

Special Attack Energy: 45%

Fires a single shot with the normal power you would get from a Crystal Bow.

Seercull Bow

Name: Soulshot

Special Attack Energy: 100%

This will temporarily decrease your enemy's magic level by the amount of damage you cause to them.

Rune Throwing Axe

Name: Soulshot

Special Attack Energy: 10% Per enemy hit.

In a multi-way combat zone, the axes will bounce from target to target, causing damage to each monster it hits.

Dorgeshuun Crossbow

Name: Snipe

Special Attack Energy: 80%

Like the Bone Dagger's special, this attack will lower your opponent's defense temporarily by the amount you inflict on him or her.

Other Weapons

Rune Claws

Name: Impale

Special Attack Energy: 25%

This attack will be more powerful than a regular one, but your speed will be slower as well.

Abyssal Whip

Name: Energy Drain

Special Attack Energy: 50%

This attack is more accurate, and if it's successful, 10% of your opponent's energy will be transferred to your character.

Granite Maul

Name: Quick Smash

Special Attack Energy: 50%

A faster attack, without any fancy special effects.

Excalibur

Name: Sanctuary

Special Attack Energy: 100%

This attack bolsters your defense stat for a short time.

Darklight

Name: Weaken

Special Attack Energy: 50%

If you hit an enemy with this attack, their attack, defense and strength will be lowered.

Rod of Ivandis

Name: Retainer

Special Attack Energy: 10%

This special attack just works on Vampire Juvinates east of Burgh De Rott. It stuns them in the air in order for you to use a Balance Potion on them. Each Rod of Ivandis can do the special attack 10 times before the Rod crumbles to dust.

Bone Dagger

Name: Backstab

Special Attack Energy: 80%

Lowers your opponent's defense level by the amount of damage you inflict on him or her. So if you hit a 10, their defense is decreased by 10.

Barrelchest Anchor

Name: Anchor Smash

Special Attack Energy: 50%

This attack doubles your chance to hit. A successful hit will lower either your enemy's Defence, Attack, Ranged or Magic level by 10% of the damage caused.

Ancient Mace

Name: Favour of the War God

Special Attack Energy: 100%

Ignores melee protect, recharges you prayer by the amount of your hit, for example if you hit a 10 you will get 10 prayer points, It doesn't stack on top of your prayer level.

The game is constantly evolving and expanding. There are hundreds of things you can do in Runescape from battling opponents to engaging in one of many professions. The possibilities are endless and the world in which it is set is huge. I have been playing Runescape for 2 years now and have just begun the task of creating the greatest Runescape guide ever made! The Runescape economy is not unlike that of the real word and there are many currencies within the game. One difference to the world is the fact that the development of your characters skills is encouraged along side the accumulation of your wealth making the gaming experience richer. There is inflation in Runescape much like there is in the real world, this and the economy in general is controlled by various means. Potatoes, Wheat make up the very base of the Runescape economy, along with logs, fish, coal and ore. You can then acquire raw meat by killing monsters. The second tier of the economy is made up of better items that are made up of the harvested items. These include metal bars, cooked foods, tanned hides, gems and runes (Thus the name – Runescape!) The third tier of the economy is made up of rare items and other items made from things in the first two tiers. The value of the items is determined much the same as in the real world – more rare items obviously are worth more, as are items crafted by different skills. The weapons in Runescape are varied and exciting and can be bought, found or crafted. Again the rarer the weapon or the more skill it took to craft will determine the price of the weapon. Over all Runescape is a rich exciting gaming experience, even for the beginner in online gaming. Don’t be frightened by this levels of skill are controlled so there’s not an unfair advantage to more experienced players. It is a must play for any gamer and I recommend it to anyone.

If you are a subscriber to the members' version of RuneScape, you will automatically have a forum account. You can log in by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of the forums' home page.

Remember that you should never enter your password anywhere except http://www.runescape.com/. Here is where you will enter your RuneScape username and password:

Once you have finished entering your username and password, you will be directed to a page where you must agree to the terms and conditions of the RuneScape Forums. Remember to read them on your first visit. After you are securely logged in, you will be given the option to go to your profile.

Here you will be shown your username, the option to turn off smilies, a list of all of the threads that you have posted on or created, and the total number of posts you have accumulated. This feature is very convenient for you to check on threads that you are managing or monitoring. To log out safely, click this button to be redirected to the homepage:

Code of Conduct

Jagex has created a set of rules or the Code of Conduct to keep the forums friendly and easy to use. It is important to abide by their rules or else your thread might be locked by a moderator and your account can be suspended or even banned in some cases. When posting, try to remember that the reader could be someone as young as 7 years old or as old as 70. Jagex appoints forum moderators to help make sure that everyone is following the forum rules. Punishments

Punishment for not following the Code of Conduct can result in your thread being locked or removed. If your offense is more serious, you can be suspended or banned instantly from the forums. Jagex has a three strike policy on the forums. If something you have posted was removed, you will receive a message in your message center informing you that you have received a strike. If this happens three times, you will be banned from the official forums and will have to go elsewhere. If you have received a mute or ban in-game, you will not be able to post on the forums. If you have been banned or suspended from the forums, you will not be able post on the forums but you will still be able to use the in-game chat box to communicate with other players.

Moderators

Jagex appoints forum moderators to help catch rule breakers. Forum moderators are regular players who have been helpful on the forums and have done an outstanding performance following the Code of Conduct. They have the ability to hide posts, lock threads, move threads, and remove threads from the forums. When they post it will be highlighted in green and they will have a green crown next to their name, as shown below:

Forum moderators do not receive any extra benefits or rewards from Jagex. They also do not have any crown or other symbol when they speak in-game. To see a list of the current forum moderators, you must be logged in and click this button:

Jagex moderators direct and manage the forums. They have all of the same abilities as forum moderators. In addition, they can change the format of their text. Their posts will be highlighted in gold and they will have a gold crown next to their name, as shown below:

Posting

When posting on the RuneScape forums, remember to keep the Code of Conduct in mind at all times. To be able to post, you must be a member and be logged into the forums. When you want to create a thread, go to the appropriate forum, and click the "New Thread" button:

Once you click that you will be directed to a page where you can type in the contents of your thread. There is a maximum of 30 characters for your title and 2,000 characters for your post. If you would like to reply to someone else's thread, you must click this button:

At the bottom of the posting/create a thread interface you will have the option to put smileys in your message. You can insert smileys into your post by clicking on one of the buttons on the smiley interface or by typing in the characters next to the buttons:

To edit your post after creating it, simply click the "Edit" button on the left side of the box.

Finding Threads

Finding a thread can be very irritating unless you use the search or quick find code feature. To search the forums for a thread, click this button in the upper right-hand corner:

When you click this button, you will be redirected to the search screen. You will have the option to only search in certain categories. Choose the category you want to search for a thread in from the drop-down menu. Then type in part of the threads title and click go. You will be given a maximum of 100 threads to choose from. If you have posted on a thread, you can also find it in your profile. It is always wise to search the forums when creating a thread to make sure a very similar one is not already in existence. Another useful feature for finding threads is the quick find code. At the bottom of every thread, you will see its quick find code number:

Copy/paste the numbers into the "Jump to Thread" box directly right of the search button and click go. You will be directed to the thread that the number belongs to. It is very hard to remember these numbers, so copy/paste them into a word processing program if you want to remember them.

There are some symbols on the forums that you will need to know about in order to understand everything. Below is your guide to these symbols.

Conclusion

The forums are a fantastic place to communicate with other players, but can be a nuisance because of their high levels of spam and inappropriate topics. This Barrows guide will inform of what I feel are the recommended stats, equipment, and recommended quests etc.

For stats I would say you should be at least level 70 with level 60 or higher defense and attack for strength at least 50. Range at least level 60+ and mage at a level that you can use death runes would be wonderful.

I would recommend that you bring Rune legs, plate, and kite if you don's have Rune armor then Dragon or Barrows armor (I will talk about latter on in this guide) or just addy. Then when you have the melee armor figured out you can work on your Mage armor, I would recommend full mystic possibly split bark if you have a low defense both of which cost about 200000 gold as of early April, 2006. Now for Ranged armor I would recommend that you don's bring full dragon hide just bring the body and the legs if you want. For a bow I would bring a Magic short or Crystal bow, there is only one person you will be fighting with Range. Now for the rest of the equipment I would say bring a few sharks and a lot of Prayer pots a Magical Elemental staff, Slayer staff, or ancient staff and the needed runes to cast at least 100 spells of your choice. To use ancients or magic dart you need 55 slayer and 55 mage I think. Now you are going to need a cape I would recommend an Obby cape, God cape, or Legends cape.

Ok what I bring to barrows. A SPADE I cannot stress enough how important it is to bring a spade if you don's bring one then you will have to go elsewhere. You cannot do barrows without a spade. Now I would bring full Mystic, Glory ammy, Black Dragon Hide body, Crystal bow with 1 or 2 charges remaining, 10000 gold, five or so unnoted sharks with 100-500 noted sharks and three more prayer pots then sharks, runes to do 500-1000 spells then just fill the rest of my slots with prayer pots. Just to let you all know, when I go to barrows I always do it for days at a time. This inventory setup will allow me to do it for one to two days. I personally don's bring Melee armor just because I know what I am doing and I can use the extra supplies more.

Quests needed and recommended for barrows. Need priest in peril, should get In search of Myreque (for faster way to barrows), Ghosts Ahoy for low level mages or if you are using regular spells, or if you are going to use ancients Desert Treasure (for easy teleportation spots) and Nature Spirit if you haven's done the Myreque quest. Shades of Mort'ton is one I would personally recommend for people who plan on doing this like I do, and that is for a day to a few days at a time.

Now what is Barrows?

I am sure if you think you can do barrows that you have been a member long enough to get a Treasure Trail Clue this is the same thing in a sense. Here you know where the Treasure is you just need to get to it, in order to get to it you must kill 6 brothers to get it. These brothers are extremely hard to kill you must be able to use protection from melee to have a chance. The names are as follows Ahrim (Mage Brother) Dharok Guthen Veracs and Torag these 4 are Melee brothers and Karil is a Range Brother. You will need to kill 5 of them in their crypt and the final one in the tunnels (if you quit barrows and start again a few days after you more then likely will not have to kill one in the tunnel you will kill the one in the crypt instead of the tunnel).

Now to get to barrows go to Canifis bank then get your supplies, head south you will see a fence on the East side, stay close to the fence you will see a door, go through it. Now turn on run and head south, do not stop for anything. You will see a brown path a after a little while now you can walk. Start trying to go East, I know this might be a little hard your first time but if you are standing on grey ground head north back to the trail then take the north path and just follow it and you will end up in Mort'ton from here it is quite simple really. Go west and you will see a transportation spot now go over the bridge and into that big place and you are there.

Now for what to kill and when I would personally recommend killing the Mage Brother first so you don's need to set you spell except for one time. From the gate entrance go south all the way until you see the final hill. Stand on the very top in the center and use your spade and you will fall into the crypt, turn your protection from mage on, switch to your range armor and search the coffin in the center of the room if your prayer points goes under 20 take a dose of Prayer potion (You would rather loose a dose of potion then all of the stuff you have on you right?). Now go up the stairs and let's kill Dharok the hardest brother there is. Go north to the next hill then North East to that hill dig. Before you search the crypt get your mage armor on set your spell get full prayer and turn on protection from melee on. And kill Dharok when you are done it don's really matter what order you kill the other brothers in but I would to Veracs Karil Guthen Torag in that order keep in mind one of these brothers will show up in the tunnel do NOT enter the tunnel until your kill count is five. The brothers locations is as follows North West Crypt is Verac, Dharok is to the east of Verac, Karil is between those two just to the south a little bit, now the south west crypt is Torag the one to the east is Verac in-between the two of them just to the South is Ahrim. Remember for the mage use protection from Mage for the range use protection from range for the melee brothers use protection from melee.

Ok now you remember the brother that the game didn's make you fight in the crypt lets go hunt him down. Go back to that crypt get your melee armor now lets remember where you are and how to get back. In this guide it would be impossible for me to tell you how to get to the center but you will see doors not all are doors when you get to a door that is a puzzle answer it then go in you will see a chest open it up and get your reward and then go back to that room I told you to remember how to get back from and start again. When you start to run low on food and pots go to the general store back in Mort'son sell some to the store and buy back and then start again.

A lot of people are uncertain what to hunt at what level to get hunter up quick, so here it is: the answer to all your questions. How to get Hunter up as fast as possible.



Starting out:

Beginning levels will be somewhat slow, but once you get higher, they get faster. So if you find that the exp is slow in the beginning, dont give up ;)



To start hunting, you need to first go to the hunter shop in Yanille, and get some supplies. Buy the following: 5 box traps, 2 bird snares, a poking stick, 5 butterfly jars, and a butterfly net.





Levels 1-9

Location: Southeast from Yanille



From level 1, you're gonna have to catch some crimson swifts. Go southeast from Yanille (a lot), and find the place where I am in the picture below. Set down the snare and wait for a bird to get caught. Since youre only lvl 1, you can only use 1 trap at a time for now. If the trap fails, just reset it back up. Exp here is pretty slow, but you don't have much of a choice at level 1. Snare these birds until level 9.





Levels 9-15

Location: Northwest from Grand Tree, by piscatoris fishing area



Once you reached level 9, you can catch copper longtails. These are still rather slow exp, but once again, the best you can do. Head over near the monkfish fishing area, and set up bird snares to catch these guys. I found that the spot near the falconry area is fastest. Snare these guys until you've reached level 15.





Levels 15-20

Location: South of Copper Longtails



Once you get level 15, equipt your butterfly net, and head south. You'll find Ruby Harvest butterflies flying around. Just click on them to catch them, they are fairly easy. You can get up to 5 at a time, then just release them from the jars. These are fast exp once you find their respawn points (this doesnt take long). Catch these guys until you're level 20.





Levels 20-29

Location: Southwest from Yanille glider



Now you can drop your butterfly net and jars. Take the equiptment you have left, and head to the tropical wingtails. Now that you are level 20, you can set up 2 traps. Place the snares about where I have them in the picture. Exp is a bit faster since you have 2 snares, but it seems slow since you need 9 levels to move on to the next animals. Trap these until 29.





Levels 29-47

Location: Southeast of Canifis



Once you get level 29, grab 4 small fishing nets and 4 ropes. Now head to Canifis and start walking southeast to the hunter spot to catch the green lizards. All you have to do is click on the young trees to set up the traps. After you catch the lizards, just release them. At level 40, you can set up 3 traps. These are very fast exp, catch them until you reach level 47.





Levels 47-59

Location: West of Uzer



Once you reach level 47, you can catch orange salamanders. These are also very fast exp. DONT FORGET WATERSKINS. They might seem like a pain to bring, but the exp is well worth it. Just set up the traps where and how I have them in the picture. Catch these until level 59.





Levels 59-80

Location: North of Castle Wars



Now you can catch red salamanders. These are the same as the other lizards, once you hit level 60, you can use 4 traps. There isnt much explaining to do here, these are fast exp, trap until level 80.





Level 80



Before you do anything else, you will want to trap larupias. Making their fur into armor greatly increases your chances of catching Red Chinchompas. You will need to get a knife, and 3 logs. Head to around the same area as the tropical wingtails, but a bit east. Find a pit and set up a trap. Then poke a larupia and as it chases you, jump over your trap. The larupia will fall in, and you get its hide. Do this 3 times, and take the fur to varrock fancy clothes shop. Make the armor and then you can move on.





Levels 80-99+

Location: North of Tropical Wingtails



Now its time to get the best exp. Head to the spot I am on the picture, and set up your 5 traps exactly where I have them. This guarantees you 100k exp/hour (it might be a bit less at first, but its still fast). Just trap the red chins until you get to whatever level your little heart desires.





Level 99

Grats you've made it!! Either keep going, or go get yourself that skill cape you've always wanted :)
